OTNV, short for Organizational Transformers was founded in July 2019 in Paramaribo, Suriname.

Our organization is the result of a merger between 4 renowned consulting, training and coaching firms, each bringing over 15 year of experience to the table as experts in their own fields in the European, Surinamese and Caribbean regions.

As a team we have extensive experience and hold solid track records in the fields of Project Management, Organizational changes, Business and Executive Coaching and Training on World Class level.
